I recently had the most fantastic experience working with - nicoleburford0131

I recently had the most fantastic experience working with Fred Webb at Mossy Nissan Houston to purchase my new CPO 2024 Nissan Armada. Fred made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable. From the very beginning, Fred was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He never used high-pressure sales tactics and instead focused on making sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. He was always honest, transparent, and extremely responsive, promptly returning every text and email throughout the entire process. What truly set Fred apart was his commitment to customer service after the sale. When I realized that the second-row center headrest was missing from the vehicle, he went above and beyond to locate and secure a replacement for me. He also personally delivered my new vehicle directly to my home after the service dept. completed some additional work. Since I live about 45 minutes from the dealership, this saved me a significant amount of time and demonstrated that he genuinely cared about making the experience as convenient as possible. If you're shopping for a Nissan, I highly recommend asking for Fred Webb at Mossy Nissan Houston. He earned my trust and my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him in the future. Thank you again, Fred, for making this one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've ever had!

My service representative John fails was very attentive - Rgobert3

My service representative John fails was very attentive to my needs. He worked in a timely manner, and responds back to any question He also gives you a timeline and what the next step is on the service of my car. I also appreciate his personality. It makes it a whole lot easier to work with a person who knows what customer service looks like.

We met Chloe in the service department and explained why - goodrrw

We met Chloe in the service department and explained why we were there, she understood what we wanted and started the ball rolling. She kept us informed and answered all of our questions while we were waiting. I may not remember her name the next time I am there, but I will be looking for her to take care of my daughters' new car service needs. She was great! Russell Goodrum
