Everything was excellent except I wasn't shown the car fax until it was time to sign all the paperwork. Wasn't happy about that. Also I was there way to long. Shouldn't take 7 hrs to buy a vehicle. I was there at 9am and didn't leave until after 4pm. Not happy about that. I even told the salesman first thing I didn't want to be there all day..but they didn't seem to care about that at all. But I love the vehicle I bought so I can get over it. Should be a quicker way to buy a vehicle without taking 7 to 8 hrs. More

It’s been almost 4 weeks since my wife and I purchased the 2018 Yukon and we are still getting the run around on the 2nd key for the vehicle.
