We were very satisfied with the overall purchase of our Jeep. The sales staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. They do try to push the sale along swiftly however if you stick to your guns and beco Jeep. The sales staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. They do try to push the sale along swiftly however if you stick to your guns and become an assertive buyer rather than a reactionary they slow down with you rather than abandon ship as you drive off. My one and only complaint was the fact that after the deal was negotiated the sales manager did not come out and congratulate us on our new purchase. To me this demonstrates a lack of professionalism. No matter the deal made, you go out and greet the person you just made a sizable financial transaction with. It’s like opposing teams shaking hands at the end of a ballgame expected in my world. We will return because I have full faith they will rectify my one complaint as it could have just been an off day for the Sales Manager. Thanks for making our weekend with this amazing Jeep! More

Mark listened to my concerns and very responsive to our needs. I was skeptical that they would be able to have the car ready for us since it was a manager’s demo and all his stuff was in it during the test needs. I was skeptical that they would be able to have the car ready for us since it was a manager’s demo and all his stuff was in it during the test drive, but my concerns were unfounded. We could have spent a lot longer getting Mark’s teaching on how to operate the vehicle but we had to get home. Today we were surprised that he called just as we were in the car with questions.
