From the moment I walked on to the Robeson lot I felt nothing but the desire of the Robeson employees to do what they could to make sure that I was both satisfied and even more important...happy. My thanks to Jonathan, Joe, Jeremy, and Pete for their assistance. I had not purchased a car in 22 years. This meant that what could have been a overwhelming experience with the changes in technology to a comfortable one. Imagine going from minimal features on my prior vehicle (e.g., cassette player) to loaded pretty good (e.g., SiriusXM and heated elements of my vehicle). I could go on and on.but that would still be incomplete. Suffice it to say I am grateful Robeson has the team working for them that they do. Excited and happy I’ve been a loyal Jeep person. My last car was a Jeep Patriot (got from Roberson Jeep as well). I liked my Jeep but I know I really wanted to eventual I’ve been a loyal Jeep person. My last car was a Jeep Patriot (got from Roberson Jeep as well). I liked my Jeep but I know I really wanted to eventually get back into a Jeep Cherokee but prices were not right for me. I always do my maintenance at the Jeep dealer cause I feel they know Jeeps best. A few times sales men had showed me jeeps trying to get me to update my car but prices and numbers just did not add up. Today I went for a simple brake change and John Freeman came up to me and asked if I was looking to upgrade... I said yes I’m always looking to upgrade but I will not upgrade if the price is not right. So he said give him a few minutes while they looked at my brakes on my Patriot. So I said sure let’s see what you can do. Long story short John Freeman was great... he was very patient and kind with me and trust me I’m a very picky person with what I want. Because I’m so picky he showed me quite a few Cherokees but then we found one that I really like. Next was the numbers of the car cause I didn’t want to be paying more then what I’m paying on my Patriot... he was patient and worked hard to give me the numbers I wanted. While I was thinking no way he will get me the numbers I want.... but he came back to me with the numbers I want. When he came back and gave me the perfect numbers for the car I’ve been wanting I was super excited. So thank you John freeman for all your kind help and getting me into a 2020 Jeep Cherokee that I really wanted ... “patience is a virtual” More

Buying a car can be stressful and sometimes you leave the lot with doubts, but I guarantee you, if you are looking to buy a car, go to the Robertsons dealership in Salem and ask for Scott. I hope that in the future when we are looking to purchase another vehicle or trade in, I hope we can come back and buy another vehicle from Scott.
