Mark had the car I was looking to buy pulled up front ready for me to look at before I even arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we immediately took it for a test drive. He was extremely friendly, patient, and professional with me when it came to answering my questions and giving me time to think things over and consult with family. Considering this was my first time at a dealership and that I was a bit nervous, he made me feel more at ease and that's something that I greatly appreciated. He was willing to work with me on the price to get me to a point where I wanted to be, and the rest of the process went very smoothly. Refreshing surprise I thought I would have to go out of town to purchase a dodge. I had a horrible experience in Salem when I bought my Charger at a different dealership a while back but I was refreshingly surprised when I stopped into Roberson Jeep Chrysler. Scott Cole is so laidback and enjoyable to work with. He is a great salesman! I don’t particularly like the car buying process but it was pretty painless. I was treated with respect and wasn’t pressured into anything. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and enjoyable. I got a fantastic deal on my Challenger and a good price for my trade in. If you are looking for a vehicle is Salem, stop by Roberson across from Costco on hwy 22. Ask for Scott Cole and I bet you will be refreshingly surprised too! More

Great customer service and excellent staff. I went into roberson with my 1 year old, struggled with the carseat and stroller in the pouring rain. Multiple staff members rushed to assist me every I went into roberson with my 1 year old, struggled with the carseat and stroller in the pouring rain. Multiple staff members rushed to assist me every time I needed help, carried the stroller for me, held an umbrella over me and my son to keep us dry, and played with my son while I looked at cars. It was important to me to find a car that I could operate my son, the carseat, and stroller by myself. April went above and beyond to help me find just that. Being a mom herself, she knew what to look for for me and knew what questions to ask me to narrow down my car search. She was very respectful of me and my husband (even though he wasn't able to be there until the very end), and made sure his needs were addressed as well as mine to ensure we bought a car that we both would love for a long time. With the permission of her manager, we were even able to take an extended test drive to get a very thorough feel for how we liked the car. She went on endless test drives with me and my husband and was just as patient and friendly at the end as she was in the beginning, (even though I had her running all around for hours). She even stayed at work until after closing time just to make sure we had everything taken care of to take the car home on the same day and to make sure I left knowing how to use all the amazing features this car has. I am so happy with my experience and I highly recommend Roberson motors for anyone, especially to buy from April. I would like to add that my son was walking around all over the building and every staff member was friendly with him and welcomed him without getting annoyed or upset, and that was so helpful for me I appreciated that more than they could understand. More

Easiest car buying experience ever With nothing more than v6 4x4 and a target budget, we were able to sit in several options. The finance portion of our visit was effortless. There was no pinching and pulling to get us to spend more than we were comfortable with.
