Our only complaint, which was NOT the salesman's fault, was that we waited hours (literally) for our paperwork to be ready, despite having done our bank loan paperwork and pre-approval ahead of time. In hindsight, I think they should have suggested that we go out to eat and come back when the paperwork was ready. Having said that, I would still buy a car here again! More
