We test drove the car and were given more than enough information about the car to make our decision. We weren't ready yet though, so we took a few weeks to ponder our decision, then texted Kody and came back. We took another test drive and ended up buying the car. The process was lengthy, but less than most places. It was made really easy by Kody and another man, and there weren't any surprise fees or anything in that realm. We got a great deal, and would reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a good car at a good price. Although they specialize in GM cars such as Jeep, they were able to tell us information about our Honda Accord hybrid. Maggie, was also very helpful and explained and answered all my questions about the dreaded warranty I do hate buying but felt good about with Maggie and this dealership. I will come back to this dealership and tell people I know about it because I do believe (dealt with a dozen plus over 6 weeks!) Robersons actually does want you as a return customer. 90% of others in Beaverton, Salem, Gladstone-there after the quick buck, who gives a rip if the customer finds satisfaction on the deal or even remotely enjoys the experience...Roberson is legitimately interested in your overall satisfaction...only reason no 5 stars...I wanted an off the charts great deal...but I did get a very good deal...so the sale's managers made the bottom line decision and though I could have 'walked' I didn't for the reasons described here. :) Below I would note the options did not allow me to select the F-150 truck I bought.
