We then continued to walk the inventory as our car was being serviced, we met James and he was super friendly, he invited us to look at the newer Grand Cherokees. Even though we were not in the market for a new vehicle, we continued to work with James for the next few weeks. He sent us info on new and preowned Jeeps through email which gave us a chance to research them. After we narrowed it down to the exact vehicle and were able to come back in, James was out but had asked John Freeman pull it up, wash it, and had it ready for us to look at. Needless to say the experience overall was the best, we absolutely love our new 2018 Grand Cherokee Upland. So far we're loving our new renegade limited, especially the rain-sensing wipers and the heated seats and steering wheel, not to mention the blind spot detection feature. We even managed to pull up current weather radar on the display. I feel like we're well-equipped for winter weather driving in Oregon. Thanks Roberson! More

Great Experience! My husband and I went in just to look and test drove a Jeep. As we were walking thru the lot we found one that we both LOVED. It had more options than we wanted so we asked April if they had the same with different options. Not only was she able to find what we wanted, she found the EXACT one we wanted! She was great to work with!! Even after the purchase, she still stayed even though after closing hours to walk us thru all the gadgets and where everything was.
