Service dept. Is dishonest. Drove a mechanic around as our car was making a grinding sound of course he hears nothing as car is still under warranty (recurring theme). Cars a/c blows barely cold brought it in mechanic says nothing wrong always brought it up during regular oil changes that's just how it is is what we kept being told..transmission continues to hard shift from start from day one was adjusted as per mechanic at an oil change then after kept being told thats how it normally shifts press gas rpms go up then car lurches forward with a resounding whack not always but a lot . Clearly something wrong but not according to service dept.. had outside mechanic replace the front bearing week later after Roberson mechanic says( nothing wrong here ) out of pocket as bearing was completely destroyed and car undriveable. A/C was diagnosed with 4 leaks after a private mechanic added dye and traced leaks. Transmission will have to be rebuilt asap as it's getting a severe hard shift into first from stop . But according to Roberson service dept. Nothing wrong with a brand new car that has a leaking a/c ,crushed bearings and a transmission that you have to hold your breath when it shifts into first. Mind you this all started within a week of buying the car . More

Liars the whole service department. And underhanded. Took in my vehicle to have transmission looked at mutiple times just to be told they couldn't find anything wrong 5 gear slips severly and slam in to Took in my vehicle to have transmission looked at mutiple times just to be told they couldn't find anything wrong 5 gear slips severly and slam in to gear, the last time i brought it in the evil service department did a sneaky underhanded quick fix that worked for a week and lied to me and said they had done nothing fing liars and my warranty about up so its obvious there not going to honor it, avoid there over priced gougeing liars service department there all snakes. Made a bad situation much better! Our 2017 Cherokee latitude was having transmission issues for the second time. It broke down on Christmas day on our way to our family's house. We used the website and set up an appointment for the next day. Roberson made it right and got us into another vehicle right away. They were amazing and made a bad situation better. Our salesman was amazing. Totally recommend this dealership to anyone and we will definitely be returning when we are in need of another vehicle. More
Constant lies ! Purchased a 2015 Jeep trail hawk. It’s currently at Roberson’s shop for the 6th time, for the same issue. Issues started at 10k miles. Vehicles cr Purchased a 2015 Jeep trail hawk. It’s currently at Roberson’s shop for the 6th time, for the same issue. Issues started at 10k miles. Vehicles crash mitigation system falsely activating with nothing in front of the vehicle, resulting in Jeep brake unnecessarily. Camera replaced and issues still persists. I feel jerked around and taken advantage of. All Roberson wants to do is sell me another car. My Jeep has been in the shop for almost 4 weeks with No date for part. (FCA said maybe 29th) I’ve been given the constant run around. One service advisers best solution was, “Don’t you wish the thing would catch fire?” No, I wish you wouldn’t have sold me a crappy car! After a month in the shop, Roberson is returning my vehicle without a remedy for the crash mitigation system that falsely activated when not needed. Putting me and my children at risk of a collision. They’ve slapped in another part to “fix” the transmissions issues but this is only their sixth attempt to fix that issue. More
Frustrating I took my jeep in for a seatbelt light remaining on while driving and buckled. 24 hours and a new drivers seatbelt we weee back with the same issue. The service manager has limited communication from his service writer so it's hard to convey the issues. They took care of the rental for us which was a big help but I'm still frustrated. This car is 2 months old and I shouldn't be having this many issues. More
