Working with Zoe the last few days on a deal for a 2023 GMC Sierra Crew Cab. She gave me a quick quote on my trade but I could not get to the dealership for 7 days because my wife was taking care of here e GMC Sierra Crew Cab. She said if I put down $1000 the dealership would hold the truck for the 7 days. So I put the money down and low and behold the next day she tells me I have to take what they offered on the trade and commit to buying the truck right now or else the dealership could not hold it for the 7 days. The reason I needed those days were so my wife could go with me to look at the truck. So long story short I asked for my deposit back and move on. I was very dissatisfied with the service that my wife received. It took almost 3 hours to do an oil change and vehicle inspection on a 2023 GMC Acadia. Had to take to another service garage to clear the . I noticed they removed all four tires and rotated it without my permission scratching all Lugnuts and all four tires excessive. I have to have some more warranty work done I am not planning on returning. More
