Received great service from Brian Everhart to resolve a longtime problem with my Acadia transmission issues that were defined in a letter that I submitted to GMC. We had to deal with the GM strike delay o longtime problem with my Acadia transmission issues that were defined in a letter that I submitted to GMC. We had to deal with the GM strike delay of getting the parts but once the parts were received, Brian got me in and resolved the problems so far and hopefully forever. Thanks! Also, upon request, Max took care of getting me the itemized list of parts to be installed that helped me to see that the latest vintage parts were being utilized.
