First off I would have to say Robert Brogden did an amazing job helping me acquire my new truck given the current state of the market and the limited supply and selection. I located a truck listed at their dealership which was exactly what I was looking for, down to the color and options, however it was stuck in the “in transit” logistical nightmare. But knowing I really wanted the truck, I went ahead and purchased unseen hoping it would arrive within a few weeks. Unfortunately after waiting a month and still no idea when my truck would show up, I decided cancel that contract and purchase a truck that had just been delivered to the lot. Jeff, my sales person and Aaron, the sales manager worked with me and made the process seamless. I am now the proud owner of a 2023 AT4 3.0 Duramax with all the bells and whistles. The service was great, done on time and got a call from the service department when it was complete. The only complaint I have is that my shuttle driver smelled very bad, hard to even ride in the car with the service department when it was complete. The only complaint I have is that my shuttle driver smelled very bad, hard to even ride in the car with her. She was also the same person that brought my truck out to me when I picked up the truck. I had to roll down the windows and open an air freshener to get the smell out. This is not what I would expect from a person in contact with the public. It wasn't perfume it was a real stink.. More
