He allowed time for my review of the documents and took his time to explain the answers to any of my questions, even reviewing my understanding to assure I had no additional questions. Bought a new 1500 Denali in 2021. Since then, I have had to bring back the truck for service 6 different times for the same issue. Phone calls are not returned and after putting new tires on it, since they said that was the issue, it appears they do not know what they are doing from a service advisor position nor a technician perspective. I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else if warranty work is needed. More
