Our experience at Robert Brogden was absolutely wonderful! We live out-of-state and were a little nervous about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership located a couple hundred miles away. We expected it to be stressful, a lot of work and a longer process than if we had just showed up at a local dealership. But it was the opposite. They made it so easy and stress free! We spoke with the dealership on a Monday and had the new vehicle in our driveway just 3 days later. The communication with the team (Paul, Peter and Levi) was excellent. They were personable yet professional, we never had a hard time getting a hold of anyone, and they always responded quickly. After all of the paperwork and signing was completed, our new vehicle was delivered to us by a courteous and professional driver who took great care of it. He then drove our trade-in back to the dealership. So easy! We appreciated how they continued to follow up with us even a few days after we received the vehicle to see that we were satisfied and to make sure we were able to get Onstar and the MyGMC app all set up. This is a company that doesn't just forget about you once the sale is made. Instead, they go the extra mile. We would highly recommend them and have already told friends and family about how thrilled we were with our out-of-state car shopping experience! More

Honestly felt bad for guy running service department. Rumor has it the entire service team walked out on the dealership a couple weeks ago. He did the best he could.
