I attempted to get my oil changed at Robert Brogden, but left before my service began because there was a plethora of people not wearing masks, and there was nowhere to wait while social distancing. I was stranded in Kansas City. The tow truck driver delivered me to the dealership and I had already talked to Kristie Brown. It was 4:30 PM when I got there and I was amazed that Kristie and Allison delivered me to the dealership and I had already talked to Kristie Brown. Problem was the ground wire and hot wire to the coil. I had called 4 other dealerships in the area before I talked to Kristie and the response from them was that I would have to wait anywhere from 1 to 4 days before they would be able to look at my vehicle.
