What originally started out as an alright process has quickly turned into a nightmare. I had purchased my vehicle on 10/11 and was picking it up the next day. However I had completed my own inspection pr quickly turned into a nightmare. I had purchased my vehicle on 10/11 and was picking it up the next day. However I had completed my own inspection prior to this and there was a moderate stain in the headliner. I told the sales rep Pres Taylor about this immediately and he assured me that he would have it fixed by tomorrow. I arrive at the dealership the next day and the stain still isn’t fixed. I even dropped it off for a few days and came back and it is still there. The service rep Allison had said they could do a replacement of the headliner but it’s $800. I won’t be paying for anything as I had mentioned this in the beginning and it is a defect. I have also spoke with Sebastian the sales manager and still am waiting around. I need the part replaced. I will see about updating this when I finally have the stain out. More
Long story. At time of purchase in June, sales person and I agreed on a sunroof to be added to the car and it was paid for as part of the price. Sales person said might take a while as the factory seats were not yet available. Just to October, was told seats were in. Seats were installed. Seats are NOT factory seats, leather does not match interior, not perforated leather. Very very disappointed and still working to get what was promised. More
