The guys at Brogden Buick GMC in Olathe were eager to earn my business. Not pushy to buy but pushy for this survey. Asking it be completed before the buying process was complete. Allowed us time to make our decision but rushed us through the financing process. My biggest complaint is they did not honor the price in the window. Instead directed me to their poor designed, difficult to navigate (because of advertisements) website for the correct pricing. When I stated we would walk away due to the price they finagled the numbers to meet my budget. They were verrrry eager to offer cards and phone numbers but took a week to respond to requests for the rubber floormats that were supposed to be with the truck. Only after threatening to go to management did they “find” the mats. I am still waiting on the registration paperwork 2.5 weeks later despite the fact they said it would be ready the following week. Overall, this place is competitively priced on vehicles but the service is second rate. Avoid. More
