Wouldn't honor their GMC coupon The service was fine, but they would not honor the GMC coupon for $20 off. They said it was a mail in rebate. I showed them the email and they said yeah it's a mail in and you need to fill out this form. The form showed at the top CLEARLY that the form was a mail in rebate that is only good for Winter Service: Valid ONLY 11/1/2019 - 01/31/2020. It's March. I pointed this out and they continued to argue with me and said the email from GMC was not correct. The email stated INSTANT $20 off. Not surprised, Brogden is notorious for being dishonest. I only came back because of a recall on the Yukon. Time to find a different GMC dealer. More

From the the moment we reached out to Jeff to the departure he was very helpful and kind. He helped us transfer everything from one vehicle to the other and even helped with removeing the old headlights from our trade in.
