Walked into Robert Brogden with the intention of looking at a new car and feel out what the costs would be and where I’d land. I was met outside by Preskuf Taylor and immediately welcomed into the showroom at a new car and feel out what the costs would be and where I’d land. I mentioned I was interested in a 2020 GMC Terrain and he wasted no time pulling up their inventory, going directly to the car I looked at online and got to talking about the features and how much I’d love the car. I was test driving the car within 20 minutes. After the test drive, I told him how much I liked the car and we got to the financials. I didn’t qualify for a few of the rebates and deals that brought the car down to the price range I was ultimately comfortable with. I gave him my financing information and he went to work on making the deal happen for both parties. The experience at Robert Brogden GMC was one of the best and most positive car buying experiences I’ve ever had. They didn’t try and strong arm me into a payment I couldn’t afford. They wanted to do business with me at a financial level I was comfortable with and I will always be grateful to them for that. I’m definitely going to be back and will refer as many people as I possibly can to buy from here. I’m extremely excited to come back and purchase another vehicle in the coming years and continue the relationship I’ve formed today! More
