Wouldn't honor their GMC coupon The service was fine, but they would not honor the GMC coupon for $20 off. They said it was a mail in rebate. The form showed at the top CLEARLY that the form was a mail in rebate that is only good for Winter Service: Valid ONLY 11/1/2019 - 01/31/2020. It's March. I pointed this out and they continued to argue with me and said the email from GMC was not correct. The email stated INSTANT $20 off. Not surprised, Brogden is notorious for being dishonest. I only came back because of a recall on the Yukon. Time to find a different GMC dealer. More

From the the moment we reached out to Jeff to the departure he was very helpful and kind. We found the vehicle online before it was officially posted and he kept us informed about it and worked late departure he was very helpful and kind. When we got there’s the vehicle wasn’t quite ready yet and so he found out how much time was left and had it out pretty quick. We then took it for a test drive and we happy with what it had to offer. Once we decided it was the right choice for us. Jeff worked with us to get the where we needed to be on pricing and value of the trade in. Once we finished with the business side. He helped us transfer everything from one vehicle to the other and even helped with removeing the old headlights from our trade in.
