When we came back to get the car he never greeted or even looked up at us, so we didn’t know if we should wait or if he was doing our paperwork. Also when We dropped off the car we showed him a plastic panel that looked like it came off from below the car - he glanced at it , said he didn’t know what it was and then didn’t convey to any technician to look and see where it might have come from. We researched later and found the GM logo and a # that confirmed it did belong under my car More
