2015 VW Sportwagen - Professional, Polite and Courtesy Jeff A. is a great person to deal with. I did my leg work and he did his part. Jason was lightning quick, very professional and shared all information and options so it was understandable to my 18 yr old son. Jeff & Jason were so fast, it took their detailers longer to get the car to me than it did between these two experts. Now the term DETAILED and what their guys did... I would disagree! I got in the car in a rush because I was picking dinner up for my family. During my hour plus drive home, I found dirt in places that should have been cleaned. Don't let this take away from the professionalism and courtesy Jeff & Jason provide. It's a downer when you have to spend your time cleaning what they should have found. All in all, this was an excellent transaction and it left a great impression on my 18 yr old. The dealer that sells him his first car has big shoes to fill! : >) More

I brought my truck in because it was rattling/shaking while driving and I thought I needed new tires and alignment work done. I received a call that evening that my truck was ready and I went back the next day to pick it up and only the new tires are on. The truck is still rattling and shaking and I have left a message to get it back in and no one has called me back. Will take my truck back but this has been a disappointing experience. More

Great experience I found the perfect SUV and it has a ton of features that I was not expecting for the price! Toby worked with me the entire day and listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out a brand new Terrain SLT that had nearly $10,000 off the window sticker for recent grads. I did not feel forced into purchasing a car either unlike most other dealerships. Also, my dad is usually not willing to go to any dealership other than Olathe Ford, but he is very happy with our experience at Robert Brogden. They also took my trade in car for the amount I asked for! I am a recent graduate and Lorie did everything she could to get me approved for a loan with a low interest rate. There was another guy that helped bring the cost down even more, I think his name was Tyler but I'm not sure. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family! More
