What a mess I did not receive an email for the appointment when first requested. A call to request an email but unable to send an email from the appointment syst I did not receive an email for the appointment when first requested. A call to request an email but unable to send an email from the appointment system. Arrived was greeted, told them I needed a oil change, they suggested transmission service (I approved) and the hum in the rear needed to be determined. We agreed that 3:00 was time targeted to finish the work. Was given a loaner car...and on my way at 9:45 am. I called at 1:00 pm for a status. Nothing done. I called at 3:00 pm and was told wheel hub assembly was needed to fix the hum. It would be over $1,000 for the assembly and alignment. I said I would call back on that fix. The oil change and transmission service were done. I called back at after determining another Buick dealer would do the work for $200 less. Never a call to me on the status. At 4:45 pm I received a call that the oil change and transmission service were not done and my credit card would be refunded. What a waste of time. I have had service at other Buick, Lexus, BMW and in the past at Oldsmobile dealers. This was the at the bottom of my experience. More

Disappointed in customer service after my purchase Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star for customer service. It felt like the second I finished signing my papers, the "friendly" customer service was over. I'm not sure what I did or didn't do to deserve that but I'm extremely disappointed. From the Receptionist's huffy attitude when I called back after being repeatedly sent to the Finance Person's voicemail (because she wasn't in the office that day)... to the snarky person in finance that I was finally rerouted to... to the salesperson that would never return my calls or emails... to having to wait almost a month to have my promised windshield replacement done; which probably would never have happened if someone hadn't FINALLY taken notice of my email inquiry asking when someone would be calling to set up the appointment. I'm just genuinely disappointed. I'm a nice person; a nice customer that deserved more respect than that. In hindsight, I wish I had made my purchase elsewhere. More

Salesperson disappeared Despite the fact that my salesperson sealed the deal on my purchase of a used car from Robert Brogden GMC and then just completely disappeared, I stil Despite the fact that my salesperson sealed the deal on my purchase of a used car from Robert Brogden GMC and then just completely disappeared, I still initially left a good review. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, in case he had an emergency or something. Fast forward a week, I called to ask the simple question of when my prior car loan would be paid off, as my payment was due and I didnt want a late payment to be reflected on my account. I left a couple of voicemails for the finance person. After no return call, I finally found someone else in the finance department to talk with. They had a snarky attitude, as if I was an idiot for asking the question. Fast forward almost a month later, after several calls, voicemails and emails to my salesperson regarding a chip in the windshield of the car I purchased (found during the test drive), they said someone would be contacting me to replace the windshield. Again, the salesperson was MIA. I finally got a call back from one of the other sales people who apologized and got the ball rolling to get my windshield replaced, as promised. I could maybe understand if I was not a nice person or some rude, demanding, customer but I not. I'm a nice considerate person and I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt. I'm just super disappointed because I really wanted to say I had a great car buying experience at this place...but I honestly didn't. More
