Great car great price great experience Pres Taylor was my sales guy. Pre was upfront, honest, and worked hard to get me in tje car I wanted at the right price. Didn't honor agreement. Everything was going great until an hour before our scheduled time to come in and sign the paperwork and drive the car home. Then I got a call letting me know they were selling the car to someone else because they got a better offer. We had negotiated prices and I had to bring back my wife the following today to sign on the loan because it was for her business. They didn't want to wait any longer (it was less than 24 hours from agreed price). I even watched them put a "sold" sign in the vehicle before I left. While the salesman was apologetic, the GM obviously didn't care and moved on and hardly made eye contact. The vehicle even had damage (broken light trim and pushed in bumper) that I had to point out to them. Hopefully whoever bought it caught the damage. Ended up buying a car and a truck from another dealer on the same day that wanted our business. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation Everything went well. Scheduling was easy and check out was easy. Would be nice if the wait time was not over 45 minutes instead of an hour or more. Great service I just love my 2017 Acadia. I came in with a nail in my tire, no appointment. The service staff got my car right in, looked at the tire. they agreed I just love my 2017 Acadia. I came in with a nail in my tire, no appointment. Beyond that, when I went into to take a test drive for a car a couple days later I met with Jeff Briggs. He was very helpful and personable and knowledgeable. The purchasing process was a little slow, but ultimately I came away with a pristine used care that I'm very satisfied with, and will be doing business with them - and preferably Jeff again, when the wife's is due for a new car.
