Didn't honor agreement. Everything was going great until an hour before our scheduled time to come in and sign the paperwork and drive the car home. Then I got a call lettin Everything was going great until an hour before our scheduled time to come in and sign the paperwork and drive the car home. Then I got a call letting me know they were selling the car to someone else because they got a better offer. We had negotiated prices and I had to bring back my wife the following today to sign on the loan because it was for her business. They didn't want to wait any longer (it was less than 24 hours from agreed price). I even watched them put a "sold" sign in the vehicle before I left. While the salesman was apologetic, the GM obviously didn't care and moved on and hardly made eye contact. The vehicle even had damage (broken light trim and pushed in bumper) that I had to point out to them. Hopefully whoever bought it caught the damage. Ended up buying a car and a truck from another dealer on the same day that wanted our business. More
