Greatly Exceeded Expectations I consulted with Obada online about a VW. Obada was quick to respond, and set up a time for me to come in. I was late, so I ran into a different repre I consulted with Obada online about a VW. Obada was quick to respond, and set up a time for me to come in. I was late, so I ran into a different representative named Jeff, who showed me the car in question and was very kind. Then Obada found us and took over. The entire time he was very kind, made polite and interested conversation inside the dealership. It was a very comfortable environment, not sleazy like you would expect from your standard car dealership. Everyone at the facility was polite and attentive. Obada made sure to help me with my trade in, and get a financier to make sure I got the best deal. Jason, the financier, found a bank and a loan that greatly exceeded what I could have expected, and even got my taxes covered. Obada also threw in a spare key and spare tire. I never once felt like I was being ripped off, and I was buying a used VW at a GMC dealership (you would assume they wouldn't care). Have already recommended to friends. More

Glad to find almost exactly what I was looking for My experience started many months ago with Mike G. Went to look at a used Cadillac ESV on the lot and Mike was my contact person from my online inqui My experience started many months ago with Mike G. Went to look at a used Cadillac ESV on the lot and Mike was my contact person from my online inquiry. On my first visit Mike did nothing but just talk to me. It may have been two hours! Not a trial close or any ounce of pushiness. I knew right there I wanted to buy a car from there. I think I checked the website every other day hoping to find an ESV or a Yukon XL I felt good about. I found some that intrigued me at other dealers but I kept going back to Brogden's website. Mike mentioned Memorial Day weekend was a good time to get a new car so that Sunday, with the lot closed but getting an email that we could go look the lot we did so as a family. I went to look at a 2018 Denali XL but then tucked back away was a 2016 ESV. I went to the website to see if it was on there because it wasn't on Friday and sure enough it was but with no pics. Seeing the low mileage I knew I wanted it. Came in on Monday without letting Mike know and he was busy with other customers. Johnny stepped in and was great to work with. With 4 children all needing a car one day and my wife needing one in the near future too, I will definitely return to Brogden. Of course that is assuming I will continue to get great service for any potentially needed service of my new to me ESV! ;) More
