Falsely charged but has been corrected I brought my Sierra truck in for a oil change and transmission service last Saturday afternoon. I was called and given my costs over the phone and wa I brought my Sierra truck in for a oil change and transmission service last Saturday afternoon. I was called and given my costs over the phone and was charged my credit card via the phone because I made arrangements to pick up the truck after the service departments closing time. When I came to pick up the truck the sales receptionist gave me my keys and receipt. The receipt was $60 more than the amount I was told over the phone. I have the Ally oil change program and was charged for the oil change. This was discussed with the service writer when I brought the truck in. There was no one to dispute this charge since the service department was closed. I contacted my service writer the following Monday and left a message. There has been no response from anyone at Brogden so far. This makes me wonder if the added charge was not a simple mistake but rather trying to run up my bill. Seems very dishonest to me. More
