Although the credit union could access the credit reports for both of us, the Brogden finance staff could not. Our credit union sent credit information to the dealership, but the dealership told us we did not have an account with the credit union and had to fill out forms with them. When I complained they said the credit union would have to work it out and the then told us they were doing us a favor by running our purchase through the credit union because they like to finance thru the dealership plan. Thankfully our credit union is great and is having us sign new papers with them on our account. More
