He was gracious in both letting me lead the search and being ready to offer suggestions based on their stock. He was polite, knowledgeable and spoke to me as the buyer while incorporating my husband into the process. While I didn’t purchase what I thought I wanted, I got exactly what I needed at a fair and reasonable price. As a bonus, they were able to help us with our credit union financing, making it a one stop shopping experience! More

By week's end we were at the dealership for a test drive, and of course my wife loved the vehicle. We weren't even planning on buying a vehicle that day since we weren't prepared as we should be, but they make it so easy to buy from them. Didn't bring the title for the trade in vehicle? No problem. Bring it in next week. Don't have your checkbook? No problem. Bring the check in next week. Haven't shopped around for a loan yet? No problem, we'll crunch the numbers and check a few different lenders for you (this was my biggest hangup that we didn't come pre-approved, but for our situation it made sense). In a matter of a few hours on a Saturday, we test drove and bought a vehicle. One thing we were very happy about is that Pres goes above and beyond for his customers. The day after we brought the vehicle home we noticed there was a dent/paint issue on the rear of the car. We brought it in and Pres took care of us. Honestly, with how cheap their prices are, I will seriously consider GMC when upgrading my current truck. More
