Kristie was very good to work with and although I was skeptical about the repairs, she was very helpful and took me to the garage where the mechanic went through each problem and allowed me to inspect the various parts. I wasn’t thrilled with all the work needed on a 3 yr old vehicle but the needs appeared real and I felt Kristie was able to get me fair pricing. Another bonus, they gave me a loaner vehicle. More

I showed up at 10:00am and the test drive took place, the trade-in value was established, all the vehicle paper work was done, the financing completed, the car detailed, plates on it, and keys in my hand at 1:00pm. That just doesn't happen unless you are working with a well oiled machine. Best car purchase experience in my life!! I would do again. In fact, I will do it again!!
