To my amazement, it was the best car buying experience I have ever received. Saleman Ron was terrific. He explained all the incentives and the qualifications, all the features of the car, and did not hesitate to go over to their overflow storage to pull up a red Acadia to help with wife and I make a decision. The trade-in value was as expected. Our experience with the Sales Manager Lee, and Finance Jason was excellent as well. No hard selling or surprises. Awesome Service Had oil change and brakes done. Rotors needed to be replaced. They found a strut leak and we needed our struts replaced too. She worked with us and Had oil change and brakes done. Always on time and very courteous and attentive As always, they are ready for me when I pull in and my wait time is never longer than I expect for an oil change. The last time I was there they did fail to re-learn one of my tires after rotating them, and then this time they wouldn't repair a tire because they said my tread was too low.
