Returned to dealer and advised tough thats the way it is. We will call if we get a call back on "Tech Ticket". This has been frustrating issue for some reason can't seem to fix a sound clunking situation with rear axle, springs or shackle set up. Work has been done but after a few months the problem is back worse than ever. I have had better response and handling in the past but that entire group of service people have changed since my visit the last week of January. Really want my vehicle fixed. More

I do think they forgot to reset the oil change monitor as the message still comes up to change oil soon... The one big negative is I had an appointment for 2:30 p.m.. Just took a long time. I think everyone was extra busy. I really think the sales department has done such a great job,, they have oversold the service department. I think it would be helpful if Brogden had an upscale "Jiffy Lube" type of facility to handle just oil changes and minor repairs like tires, wipers, lights and etc.. More

Excellent customer service I was able to use my perks at work discount to purchase a newer vehicle. I really needed a reliable vehicle however, so I bit the bullet and gave it a shot. Pres was awesome to work with. The first car he recommended to me was exactly what I wanted and more. His team worked for 2 days to get the deal done for me. I ended up with 2019 GMC Terrain lease. The payments are a little higher than I wanted, but with my credit status, I am just happy to get approved at all. Plus, in three years when my lease is up, I'll be in a better position credit wise, and can move into another new car. I am beyond thrilled! More
