The only reason it was 4 star instead of 5 is they didn't do a very good job of detailing the interior of the car we bought. The next day I spent about 30 minutes shampooing the seats and car mats and that made all the difference. Difference is they looked like seats in a used car with their detail and looked brand new with my detailing. More

It was the title work side that needs a lot of help. First off, they didn't completely pay off the previous loan and the bank kept calling them and they wouldn't return their calls. They finally contacted us and we went and paid off the loan ourselves so that the lien could be released. I had also called to check on title work and left a message. Also never received a call back. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership in the past and never had any problems until now. Hopefully they can solve their office problems so they can retain returning customers. More
