The Best Buying Experience Hands Down! This was my last stop after visiting multiple dealerships in Missouri and Kansas I was tired and ready to give up on a great deal. I arrived here and started my search salesman gave me the freedom to look around the lot for my perfect selection no pressure and a huge selection of colors and options something the other dealers did not have. I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime, Why do I say this I am almost 60 years old The salesman was top notch. The sales manager fair and honest. Finance Manager wasn’t pushy like they normally are at other dealerships. The owner was even involved on the ground level shaking hands and making sure every customer is well taken care of by the staff! Don’t change a thing! You guys are a five star dealership! More

feel I was forgotten .. I got to the service dept approx 10:30am to have my front left tire checked. After sitting past noon finally I got someone to get Kristie Brown the yo I got to the service dept approx 10:30am to have my front left tire checked. After sitting past noon finally I got someone to get Kristie Brown the young lady that was helping me to check on my tire that was suppose to be repaired. She said it was up on the rack then for repair. She proceeded to call me "hon" a few times (I'm 70 years old) and finally I asked her not to call me that. I waited about a half hour more and asked her again and response was it was up on the rack. Finally my car was done and the young man that brought my fob said the left rear tire was put on BACKWARDS (yes Brogded is the one that did it) and she asked me if I wanted it turned around now but after being there all morning I couldn't wait any longer .. I left at 3:30pm Now I have to make another trip to get my back tire turned around !!! I do understand I didn't have an appointment but no one ever came to tell me why it was taking so long.
