Paperwork is not their strong suite If you have bought an extended warranty from Brogden you need to check with the provider (Ally in my case) to be sure that Brogden actually sent the p If you have bought an extended warranty from Brogden you need to check with the provider (Ally in my case) to be sure that Brogden actually sent the paperwork in and that your warranty is in effect. I gave Brogden $2,800+ for an extended warranty when I bought my Yukon in 8/16. When I needed to use the warranty to replace a seat heater ($650) the service department could not find the warranty on the system. They say this will be fixed in the next few days which means that I will have to make another trip to get the heater repaired when we return from a ~3,000 mile drive that starts tomorrow. I can also look forward to my passenger reminding me that her seat is "cold" several times for the next 3 weeks. More

My truck was detailed and came with a full tank of gas. Sales Manager (forgot his name) was short and too the point - much to my liking. Business Manager "offered" some add-ons but didn't try to shove them down my throat like at most dealers. More

Last minute we decide the Acadia is what we want after looking at most other suvs on the market.. plus we didn't want to miss the Ho Ho Ho they got to go sale. Second vehicle bought from here. Second time working with Bob also. First purchase was good with some snags and things...it happens, I get it but this time....Not a good experience, at all!. Five hours at the dealer and we were more excited to leave then to have bought a new car considering it was almost 10pm. Inventory was strung out between three different lots. Spent 30 minutes or more with bob just trying to find the Acadias we saw online. It was a "special" sale that ended that night. You'd think the dealer would Know where they are and they would be clean on the outside to showcase the sale but, nope. Our very first experience in an Acadia there was Little effort to show off the features of it and help us understand how they work. Not very knowledgeable on trim differences and tech features. Seemed rushed and in a hurry to get through the sale. Once we found one we liked in our budget the paperwork began. Sitting and waiting for finance paperwork over two hours. Expecting to have payments in our budget due to a credit score of 700 for both of us, 6 figure income and the payment calculator from their site we thought we were good. We wait until the bank approved us only to realize our payments will be almost $170 /mo higher then our budget would allow. Also realizing they had us for 72 mo term when we requested 84. Unable to contact the bank because they were closed we were stuck with a 72 mo term until we are able to refinance, in four months they said. Even playing with numbers and looking at an 84 mo term our payments were still higher than expected by $60. We signed 20 different things but the last thing they present us to sign is the total breakdown and the payments. It would have been nice to know this before all the time was spent doing paperwork and keeping us waiting. Goes to show all they wanted was the sale. Not what's best for the customer. We needed a new car but not this way. Not feeling like we had no choice. We almost felt we had to buy it at that point. Not how I want to feel while purchasing a 40k vehicle. Been to Acura, Chevrolet, BMW, and Volvo dealers and most of them allowed you to see your payments and other info before you sign your life away. And they took the time to discuss every feature of the vehicle as well. As a repeat customer I am very disappointed in this visit and will not recommend this dealer as I once did. We came in for a "sale" but left disappointed with no sense of true savings. We didn't look at a single other GMC dealer but now I wish We would have. Between the time it took, no real effort to sell, the issues with the finances, the unorganization of inventory and little involvement by us to make sure things are correct I give 2 stars. If not been for bob taking adding to our trade it would be 1 star. ....Oh and after close inspection when We got it home we popped the hood only to find what it looks like where a cat used to live. It tore up the entire foam covering around the engine which left loose pieces laying around. Not safe. Sitting in a lot for weeks you would think the dealer would inspect under the hood before selling it....nope. Now it's been almost two weeks and no one but Bob has attempted to try and make things right. Also one other guy in service but have yet to hear back. Now I'm even more unhappy due to poor follow ups and little to no responses after multiple emails and phone calls to multiple people. I am sick of there being no resolution and dealing with a dealer who doesn't seem to care. Do not buy from here. More

Why couldn't she have printed out an estimate in the same form as the final invoice before I authorized the work? I will insist upon this if I use your facility for anymore repairs. More
