Confused I like this dealership. however this time they called me to set up an oili change and tire rotation and I would receive a 10.00 Starbucks gift card. W I like this dealership. however this time they called me to set up an oili change and tire rotation and I would receive a 10.00 Starbucks gift card. Well the service guy did not know anything about that promotion and tried to give me 10.00 off my oil change. Well I have a service plan and there is no charge. That bummed me out that they would tell you that on the phone and not follow through with the gift card at the time of service. Also they laid my paperwork on the wrong desk causing me to wait until I went up and said to them ... "my car is outside ready to go, will you check me out?" All in all I like this dealership...this time was a bit dissapointing. More
