I bought a new 2016 GMC Canyon 2 1/2 years ago and have had to take it in for Paint defects (they had it for a month), Bumper not aligned when new, tires out of balance brand new, brake issues, power seat quit, Stitching coming off of the seats (twice). The key won't come out of the ignition half of the time without shifting into park several times, and probably some more I forgot about. The last straw was yesterday my battery was dead. No big deal since it's under warranty. They said I couldn't just bring the battery in, so spent half the morning out of work to have it towed. They "fixed" it, so this morning spent $25 on an Uber to go down there and pick it up. Get in and the radio won't turn on anymore. Good job on the multi-point inspection. Then I get some crap clown car Buick for a loaner instead of something similar to what I own. Hopefully the radio will be fixed in the next few trips so I can trade it in for something better and someone that can fix warranty issues right the first time. More

I brought it back and waited this time instead of requesting a loaner vehicle like last time. 20 minutes later they're done with it and bring it back to the waiting area. Not a few days later does the same exact thing happen again! Granted I should have called ahead and requested a loaner vehicle, but I was already fuming from it happening yet again and so far from home as well, so i get there and wanted a loaner. Nope. All they had were already reserved for other customers for the following week. I don't know how many they have on hand for instances such as this but maybe they should have contingency plans for when/if a customer comes in a third time or more for the same exact problem. More

After checking out the trucks we narrowed it down to one and started negotiating from there. After a little friendly back and forth with Mark and Quinton we got to where we were all happy. They were all great to work with and not pushy at all. If they were, I would have walked out like I did at another dealership. We got the truck we wanted at a price we liked. All in all, they will be our new dealership from now on. Now if they would offer full size bottles of water instead of baby bottle size. More
