Oil Change - Delays I was really disappointed that an oil change was over an hour and forty minutes when having an appointment time. At one point, I asked my person how I was really disappointed that an oil change was over an hour and forty minutes when having an appointment time. At one point, I asked my person how longer it would be; he went out to service area and came back with an estimate of 15-20 minutes but it was more or less 40 minutes later. I had plan only about 45 minutes at the dealership; therefore I had to re-arrange my entire day. Positive note: I do like the fact that this dealership rotates the tires and checks air pressure with the oil change. More

Awesome I have been obsessed with getting an Encore for the last year or so and have searched the internet relentlessly checking out the different trim levels I have been obsessed with getting an Encore for the last year or so and have searched the internet relentlessly checking out the different trim levels and options for the best deals. Each time I always came back to Robert Brogden's website. They seem to have the best prices. Today I made the trip out there to look and test drive. The salesman I had, Pres Taylor, was the same person I talked to 9 months ago and he is awesome!! He understood this was a very important purchase for me and he understood my concerns that I get the best options and price I could get. Being my first brand new vehicle, this was a major decision for me. He spent quite a long time helping me decide what trim package I wanted and making sure the price was right for me. I'm sure I made him crazy with my questions and all, but he was AWESOME!! He never seemed to lose patience with me and was determined to help me make this a good experience, and he went the extra mile to do so. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership AND Pres Taylor. We went on a few test drives and he made things "fun" (in a sense) while on the test drive. I decided to come back a few days later to think about my decision. Julius kept in contact with me to see how I was feeling about the GMC Terrain. I ended up coming back in a few days later to purchase the vehicle. Everyone was super easy going and worked with me to get the price I wanted. Julius is continuing to keep in contact with me to ensure I'm still satisfied with my purchase. He is very personable.
