And the service department not only corrected the problem, they also identified that there was a recall item on the car and got that fixed for me as well. I would definitely shop here in the future. Sometimes a fast amd quick sale is too good to be true! We drove in from Oklahoma to get our Escalade ESV. Obada handled everything including our trade in quickly and made the process fast for us! I had my baby with me so asbyou can imagine I was happy the process was quick. Little did I know we would end up having an issue right away that should have been handled before we bought the car! When Obada quickly went over everything with me I asked about the DVD player. He said “yes it works you just put a dvd in and it will start playing”. My husband even had text messages with him showing that he stated it works. We get home and the DVD player does NOT work. We have emailed and called and called trying to get a manager on the phone. We have been trying since the week we bought the vehicle! We will not give up and only want this rectified. This is not our problem. We deserve to have this handled and can’t believe that such a big dealership has such horrible customer service! You get a sale and then can’t even respond to customers! More
