We were able to negotiate the price of our NEW vehicle as well as our trade-in entirely over the phone Pres Taylor is a GREAT salesman to work with! We were able to negotiate the price of our NEW vehicle as well as our trade-in entirely over the phone since we live 5 hours away. They offered us a deal that was so good that our local dealerships were not able to come close to competing with. In fact, one dealer said, “ You better jump on that because I have never seen an offer that low!” Once the deal was finalized over the phone, we drove up, signed a few papers and were on our way home shortly! Good experience We had everything wrapped up in less than 3 hours. Toby did a great job helping us. The only reason it was 4 star instead of 5 is they didn't do a very good job of detailing the interior of the car we bought. The next day I spent about 30 minutes shampooing the seats and car mats and that made all the difference. Difference is they looked like seats in a used car with their detail and looked brand new with my detailing. More

It was the title work side that needs a lot of help. First off, they didn't completely pay off the previous loan and the bank kept calling them and they wouldn't return their calls. They finally contacted us and we went and paid off the loan ourselves so that the lien could be released. I had also called to check on title work and left a message. Also never received a call back. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership in the past and never had any problems until now. Hopefully they can solve their office problems so they can retain returning customers. More
