Great purchasing experience! We've usually dreaded shopping for a new car, for all the obvious reasons. This time, we did lots of online reconnaissance, before ever leaving home. First, we noticed that the Robert Brogdon Dealership had a great online site, it was easy to use and very thorough. We called as directed online and made an appointment to meet with a salesperson. We were so pleasantly surprised at the whole shopping and purchasing experience--from start to finish. The salesperson, Toby Smith, was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Then, after we checked on our own financing, Robert Brogden found us a better deal. Once again, Brad Turner in financial services, walked us through all of the paperwork so clearly and we truly enjoyed our time visiting with him. Essentially, Toby and Brad held our hands and guided us through the process. We love our car and we've already told our family about what a great experience we had. More
