Still helped us like he was his customer. Such great service when not his customer. Ron was great. He heard we were coming in the next morning and sent us an email he would make things go smoothly and boy did it. Ron had every thing ready and all we had to do was sign off and wait on the financial part. When all signed off with financial he was super helpful telling us how everything worked on the Encore. Never had thatko nd of service from a dealer ever. Reason i always dreaded going to buy a car. Brogden and Ron will always be our dealership and will recommend both to all. Finance Dustin Hoskins was making sure we got the best deal and let us know what would best in extra options on the loan. Never had that explained to us like he did and what each level of options meant. Easy wow yes. He was thorough and efficient and made signing for this beautiful car wonderful. We meet Ivan as well. Your staff was so nice and willing to help no matter what. Ivan was even willing to talk when we showed up to sogn for the car. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and our beauty of a Car! Worst Experience My nightmare began on 3/31/18. First vehicle I got was a lemon. Took several weeks to get a replacement one. Among several other issues that happened My nightmare began on 3/31/18. Among several other issues that happened during that time, my replacement vehicle temp tags expire on 7/1/18 I still have yet to receive paperwork to title it as of 6/15/18. So, I've made the first payment without even being able to title it. This has been the most horrific experience of my life and I've purchased several vehicles. There is no form of communication what so ever from several people at that dealership. My salesman was great until recently and now he won't even answer me. More

There was no haggling and I knew I got the best deal they had available for my situation. While waiting to sign my paperwork, I overheard 3 other customers that were talking about what a great experience and deal they had. Three other strangers with the same experience I had. In addition to Scotty and Ivan being great, Terri in finance was awesome as well. She explained everything in detail, and was able to get me a very reasonable interest rate!! I will purchase my next vehicle from Robert Brogden again since both of my experiences were very stress free. The only reason I didn’t score 5 Stars was because of the long wait to sign paperwork. But it was only because they were so busy with sales that day. Great job, guys! More
