My vehicle was in bad shape and should not have been driven so not to cause further damage. David ordered repair parts and never called me to get it in for the repairs. I called to tell him I had to go to another dealership for the repairs, and he gave me a story/excuse why he dropped the ball on this. Terrible customer service! More
