Multiple issues and poor work. We bought a brand new Buick Enclave Avinir specifically so we wouldn't have to be in the shop. We have now been there 7-8 times for fixes and on two We bought a brand new Buick Enclave Avinir specifically so we wouldn't have to be in the shop. We have now been there 7-8 times for fixes and on two occasions fixes from the incorrect first fixes. This last time we got it back and there were dirty/greasy finger prints on the ceiling where the repairs were made. Now the automatic phone charger is not working and I am seriously debating just selling the car and moving on to something else non GMC related. More
I would recommend them with conditions. I took my truck in for a recall and a few other nagging issues. The recall was done fine, but they couldn't "replicate the problem" of any of my other concerns. On in for a recall and a few other nagging issues. On one of the issues, a rattle in my door, I gave very explicit instructions on where to look for it and under what conditions it rattles, and they still couldn't find it. I observed it immediately when I got back in the truck. During a prior visit, a different vehicle got an alignment. Since I have a company truck and don't drive many personal miles, it was about a month before I realized that the alignment wasn't quite right. Thinking they would have a 6 month or 1 year warranty on the alignment like most other shops, I called them for a rework on the alignment, and they wouldn't do anything. So unfortunately, their service department, for me at least, gets the stereotypical opinion... only good for repairs under warranty or that really need a dealer, otherwise I seek better service elsewhere. More

We made an appointment for an oil change and for a seat belt recall and an hour after we arrived our car w This visit was the worst visit we have had. We made an appointment for an oil change and for a seat belt recall and an hour after we arrived our car was still sitting and there were 2 cars parked in front of our vehicle. My husband had to get after them so we could get out of there. People including us, usually have other things to get done instead of waiting around your dealership long after their appointment time. More
