Very easy and pleasant experience I brought my Encore in for an oil change and tire rotation October 19th. Kristie Brown greeted me with a smile and before I knew it, my car was done! Too long for a part that was in stock I made appointment at 7am to expedite this repair. Vehicle finished 24 hours later with part in stock. Service new what needed to be replaced but it took three days? I don't see Service having initiative to get things done in timely manner.
