Purchased a brand new car on 9/3 and it had white specs of paint all on the front bumper, hood, and side mirrors. Took it back 9/9. I made the appointment a couple of weeks out for a recall I received multiple text confirming my appointment and when I got there I they took my key and within 5 minutes they came to me and said that did I received multiple text confirming my appointment and when I got there I they took my key and within 5 minutes they came to me and said that did not have the part and would have to order it. It was evident they had my number based off the number of text I received so why they could not have texted and let me know the part was not in so i did not Hobbes to take off work to come in for nothing except to be told I have to take another day off for the service.
