I have $85k+ truck under warranty and service dept refuses to look at it today. Took my truck in for running boards and the ones that came in weren’t the right ones. They got the right ones there within 45 minutes and had them on in about a half hour. I went in for a recall and oil change/tire rotation. No assistance in the drive-in bay area, then a long wait before an advisor acknowledged me to check-in my car. We waited in their waiting area with my toddler the duration of my visit. After my vehicle was completed and parked outside the service area, the advisors continued assisting other people who came in for an additional 20 mins. For each of those customers, the advisors checked them out and brought their vehicle to the doors. After paying more than I was quoted, I was simply given my keys and paperwork. No feedback regarding any issues the technician noted during the inspection. Absolutely the worst experience at a GM Dealership. More
