I had a 1 pm appointment to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I was there at 1 pm. They knew that I would be waiting. Approximately 50 minutes later my truck was finally taken from the check-in tires rotated. I was there at 1 pm. They knew that I would be waiting. Approximately 50 minutes later my truck was finally taken from the check-in area. I checked out at 3:50 pm. I was there for 3 hours, one hour of which my truck sat in the check-in bay. If I had known that there would be one hour of downtime, I would have arrived at 2 pm and would not have wasted one hour that could have been more productively spent. There were also recall issues that needed attention and 3 days later they called and asked me to and return as they had forgotten to complete one of the recall issues. I am not impressed! More
