Dealership called me quickly and provided a diagnosis of my power steering leak. I decided not to get it fixed due to high cost of labor for the repair. Customer # 108643. New service representative. He was the only person waiting on customers on Saturday morning at the time of opening. Also, when I picked up my vehi New service representative. He was the only person waiting on customers on Saturday morning at the time of opening. Also, when I picked up my vehicle at time of completion, he was overwhelmed with customers. He tabulated my ticket and I was overcharged. I questioned him about it and he realized I was overcharged. He mentioned he did not know how to reimburse the overcharged amount. So, he just made a note in my file alowing me to have a FREE oil change next time. Personally, I don't believe that this was handled correctly, as Brogdens' is now holding my money. I feel the ticket needs to be reevaluated by an experienced person. I can only be in hopes that this past transaction does not create a problem at the time of the next oil change. More

Honestly felt bad for guy running service department. Rumor has it the entire service team walked out on the dealership a couple weeks ago. He did the best he could. I had a prescheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation while I waited at the dealership. In the past this has taken a max of 45 minutes to complete. I arrived this time at 7:30am and did not ge rotation while I waited at the dealership. In the past this has taken a max of 45 minutes to complete. I arrived this time at 7:30am and did not get my vehicle back until 8:55am. They only had one person working the entire service area. Typically they would have 3-4 people there. In addition, they were taking walk in appts at the same time. My paperwork sat on the desk for over 15 min. after my vehicle service had been completed. The gentleman doing all of the service transactions asked for assistance from another employee in the area. She printed out my service ticket but did not take my payment or complete the transaction for me so I waited in line with others who had just entered the service area. At one time, their were 5 people standing in line to get their vehicle in for a scheduled appt. In addition, I was told that I needed new rear tires for a vehicle that is a year and a half old and only has 20,000 miles on it. I had the tires checked after the fact and was told they have at least 20,000 additional miles on them before needing to be replaced. I was very disappointed with the service I received.
