Routine oil change took over an hour despite having an appointment and tires were not rotated. Vehicle has 32,000 miles. Told needs new tires. But current tires weren't rotated because.....? I scheduled an appointment for 945am. When I dropped my car off I was given the option of waiting in store or waiting at home. I elected to go home. I called over 4 times throughout the day and each time was told they my car was actively being worked on. At 530 ( thirty mins prior to closure) I called again and was told that no one had looked at my vehicle and that they were keeping my car overnight. Never once was in communicated to me that my car would be there multiple days or even asked if they could keep my car overnight. Much less that no one had ever even looked at it when I had specifically made an appointment. After speaking with a manager I was assured that my car would be the first to be looked at in the morning and I would receive a call before 9am. At 10am I still hadn’t heard anything so I was prepared to just go get my car and go elsewhere. Then the manager called me back and said that my car was not having any of the problems I was describing. So I went and drive my car with the manager and as soon as it went into auto stop it immediately began having all the problems I was describing. GMC had my car for a total of 3 days to just change a battery. More

I am a lifelong owner and collector of exclusively GM vehicles. Have owned a least 20 over my lifetime so far and currently own 4. Brought vehicle in for a warranty repair. Was told the part/issue was no vehicles. Have owned a least 20 over my lifetime so far and currently own 4. Brought vehicle in for a warranty repair. Was told the part/issue was not covered under warranty. I produced documentation from the factory warranty booklet that came with the vehicle that the part/issue was shown as being covered yet the service manager insisted the part/issue was not covered. Service manager and service writer were both very uncooperative and even became argumentative when I asked for a loner vehicle. I took my vehicle to another GMC dealer and, of course, was told that yes, the part/issue was indeed covered under factory warranty. Very poor service and incompetent staff. More

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2012. The last two times I was in for oil change and tire rotation I’ve been told my tires didn’t need to be rotated. That’s what I brought it in for. I bought the excuse last time but I find it extremely difficult to swallow the same excuse for not wanting to do something. Call it understaffed or under trained I call it incompetent at this point. Now on to the bill. When I pick my truck up the bill came to $105. ( for an oil change). When I asked why so much.The girl at the desk told me the old girls used to apply the coupons and they didn’t make any money. Hmmm ok. It would have been nice to at least be given a courtesy of letting me know the oil change price has gone up $25-$30 dollars since my last visit. I know on your site you offer the wild card. I spent $105 but did not receive a $10 discount. Too bad the old girls are gone. At least they cared enough to retain loyal customers. Good luck. More
