Each time I have to deal with this service department it is extremely painful. First, I had to deal with Kristie as a service tech, and she was snappy and never listened to anything I said. She always just is extremely painful. First, I had to deal with Kristie as a service tech, and she was snappy and never listened to anything I said. She always just wanted me to listen to her and not have an opinion about anything. Now I've had to deal with the service manager Kristie, and her ego is on overdrive. I tried to voice a complaint to the management, and was told to take my business to another Certified Dealer like Chevy. Absolutely crazy that a dealership I've spent over 180K on vehicles with, would tell me to go elsewhere. Looking at other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one with an issue with Kristie. More
