Want a lecture go to Horne ford I Can not believe a Dealership that would allow a Salesperson to be arrogant and insulting then Defend him and give a 20 -25 minute lecture to the I Can not believe a Dealership that would allow a Salesperson to be arrogant and insulting then Defend him and give a 20 -25 minute lecture to the customers on how a dealerships works and how long he had been in the business,and how Horne asked him to come work for them. In addition how KBB is not the base for data buying and selling vehicles. I would not have stayed and listen to his lecture and belittling my wife and I if it wasn't for my grandson wanting a certain truck. I will never step foot on a Horne lot again (note I have bought several vehicles from the Horne Show low Chevrolet in the past). I am not going to get into the details, conversations, or words that were exchanged I am only going to express that anyone I know looking for a vehicle to avoid the Horne family of dealerships. In closing My wife and I both are educated and hold various college degrees, and for us to be lectured on how a car dealership has the right to make money and we as consumers seem to forget. That truly shows how arrogant a dealership can be. Let us briefly highlight why consumers believe this way 1. Doc fee of 499.00 when they hire an outside Third party to do the MVD paperwork 50.00 2. Gap insurance. in directly letting you know they have ripped you of in the first place. 3. Let us not forget the Auto butler (car wash service). 4. Warranty protection 100,000 mile or so many years First years on a new car are already warranted by the manufacture for the first 36,000 which leaves 64,000 warrant for the price of 100,000. 5. Let us not forget the fact of how much they get for financing that car from banks ,Credit union, etc... The higher the rate they give you the more they get. 6. alarms and such at a huge mark up. Finally fell sorry for the dealerships because they themselves over a course of time have caused there own demise. More

Everything went as good as I hoped that it would. Car was serviced and repairs completed as we had anticipated. Dealership was well organized and the time expected was exactly as expected. The waiting area is very comfortable which allows for reading and other things to past the time. Also, the cost was just as I expected. I had emailed the service manager prior to setting appointment and he sent me a estimated quote for tires and oil change. The cost was exact as quoted. I will return again! More

When I had a recall issue with my vehicle Ford Motor Company actually got involved in. Ford Motor Company provided me with a contact, Scott Van Meter, Service Manager, at the dealership. From the moment we met he was very open and transparent, listened to me, and was very informative and helpful through the entire process. AVOID DAVID DUVALL AND ROBERT HORNE FORD SERVICE DEPT!!!! Horrible Service Department and Robert Horne Ford. Service Advisor David Duvall is extremely Rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice to me over Horrible Service Department and Robert Horne Ford. Service Advisor David Duvall is extremely Rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice to me over the phone when I asked why they weren't trying to actually duplicate the noise my car is making. I am sorry but when you open around 8 am and are calling me at 945 that tells me you did not even try to diagnose my car at all. He claims my car is fine and needs no repairs, even though I have him on camera (dash cam) looking at the video clip I showed him of the noise my car is making. (Video I showed him of the issue with my car is date stamped) David Duvall never assigned my vehicle to a technician at all as no tech is showing on my paperwork. This also proved David Duvall never even had a technician try to diagnose the problems with my car. My car was given back dirty! This is not proper Ford Service and I am sure if Ford Motor Co knew how David Duvall was treating there customers they wouldn't be to pleased.... If you want to be unprofessionally and rudely treated and DONT want your car properly diagnosed go see DAVID DUVALL at Robert Horne Ford Service Dept, he will be sure to treat you badly More
